Euradio Shines a Spotlight on the My Peace Project

On April 11th, the independent radio station Euradio featured the My Peace project — a European initiative that uses music as a tool to engage young people in peacebuilding efforts across Europe. On this occasion, Euradio produced both a report and several interviews highlighting the project.

Founded in Nantes in 2007, Euradio aims to bring Europe closer to its citizens by focusing on what connects them: everyday life in our cities and regions, shared ecological, social, and political concerns, and a passion for independent and curious music. As the first European radio station in France, Euradio broadcasts from the Nantes area via FM, DAB+, and online. It can be heard and read — live or as a podcast — in France and across Europe.

As part of the feature, Patrick Duval, director of Le Rocher de Palmer / Musiques de Nuit — the leading organization behind My Peace — was interviewed. He discussed the origins of the project, its goals, and how a music venue can participate in such a meaningful European initiative.

Two young participants who took part in the project, particularly in the musical workshops, were also interviewed. They had the opportunity to reflect on their experience and share their personal journey within the project.

We warmly thank Euradio for their interest, time, and thoughtful coverage of this inspiring initiative.
