MY PEACE Project Launches Fourth E-Zine Celebrating Music as a Path to Peace

We are delighted to announce the publication of the fourth issue of the MY PEACE e-zine.  This latest edition captures the energy and impact of recent music sessions held in Germany, France, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, and Ireland. From songwriting workshops in Emmendingen to immersive cultural experiences in Bordeaux, each story reflects the power of music to foster dialogue, empathy, and collaboration among youth from diverse backgrounds.

Highlights include:

  • A feature on MY PEACE Germany’s songwriting workshop, recently spotlighted by Baden TV Süd.
  • Creative sessions in Bordeaux led by Souleymane Diamanka and Ophélia Hié, blending poetry and traditional African instruments.
  • Bosnia’s “Power of Music” workshops exploring historical and modern peace movements through song.
  • Denmark’s Community Choir session, culminating in a moving performance of “BIKO.”
  • Ireland’s outreach to Atlantic Technological University, engaging students in music-led peacebuilding discussions.

The e-zine also celebrates MY PEACE’s growing media presence, with coverage in L’Affût and a dedicated audio feature on euradio, amplifying the project’s message across Europe.

As always, MY PEACE remains committed to empowering young voices through creative expression. This issue is a testament to the transformative potential of music—not just as art, but as a tool for education, healing, and social change.
